Shipping Coverage:

 Currently shipping to most U.S. states.

Not shipping to: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Delivery Time Formula:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 9-18 business days (Monday to Friday)

Note: All products require production before shipping, contributing to handling time.

Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST (GMT-05:00, New York time) will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

Economy Shipping available.

Free shipping for orders of $59 or more.

Orders under $59 incur a $12.9 shipping fee.

Tracking Information:

Once shipped, tracking numbers will be emailed to customers.

Change of Address:

Requests for address changes must be made within 24 hours of order placement via email to intservice@luolai.com.

No address changes possible once the order is in transit.
