Soft, simple, just right

Lightweight, soft against the skin, and looks clean on the bed. No fuss, no weird smell out of the bag. Happy with it.

Worth every penny — replaced two quilts with this one

Was tired of storing a separate summer quilt and winter quilt. This 2-in-1 solves that — the layers snap together easily and the connector is well made. The silk fill regulates temperature way better than the down alternative we had; I'm not waking up sweaty in the middle of the night anymore. It feels luxurious on the bed, especially with the embroidery detail. Had it about a month and it's holding its shape. If you're on the fence, the quality is noticeably better than what you'll find at the big box stores.

The embroidery is even prettier in person

Ordered this partly for the fish-and-lotus embroidery — it reminded me of the silk quilts my grandma used to have. The photos honestly don't do it justice. The stitching is delicate and the colors are soft, not shiny or gaudy. The quilt itself is light and breathable, and after two months it hasn't clumped or gone flat. Already planning to get the white one for the guest room.

The 2-in-1 is genius — and you can actually see the silk

I did my homework before buying, yes I read the Xiaohongshu posts and the Dealmoon thread. What sold me is that you can unclip the two layers and see the actual silk filling inside — long, smooth fibers, not the chopped-up fluff you get in cheap 'silk' quilts. I use the thin layer in summer, the thicker one in spring and fall, and clip them together when it gets cold. One quilt for the whole year, and the LUOLAI buckle feels solid. This is the kind of thing my mom would have nodded at and approved.

Elevated our whole bedroom

Got the white one and it looks so clean on the bed. The cotton cover is really soft and the embroidery is nicely done — you can tell it's not a cheap mass-printed pattern. It's light but has just enough warmth for AC nights. No weird chemical smell out of the package, which was my biggest worry ordering bedding online.

Finally a summer quilt that doesn't turn into a hot blanket

I grew up sleeping under silk quilts in Shanghai and could never find anything close here — everything in the US is either heavy down or that sweaty microfiber stuff. This pink one is the real deal. It's lightweight, actually breathes, and I stopped kicking it off at 2am. The lotus embroidery is subtle and pretty, not cheesy at all. My husband laughed at me for spending this much on a summer blanket until he tried it — now he wants one for his side of the bed.

I researched silk comforters for weeks - this is the one

I spent probably three weeks reading reviews and comparing silk vs down vs down alternative before pulling the trigger. What sold me was the combination: natural silk fill that actually breathes, a cotton cover that's gentle on skin, and the fact that it's machine washable so I'm not paying to have it cleaned every season. Three months in and it's holding up beautifully - no lumps, no flattening, still warm on cold nights and not stifling in the spring. The embroidery is a nice touch too; it looks like a much more expensive product. If you're on the fence like I was, just get it.

Turned our bedroom into a retreat

We redid our bedroom as a calm, neutral space and this comforter was the missing piece. The champagne tone is so much nicer in person than in photos - warm, not yellowish. It looks elevated without being flashy. And functionally it's perfect: cool enough in summer, warm in winter. My husband rolls his eyes at how much I talk about our bedding now, but he sleeps through the night, so.

Ordered a second one for the guest room

First one was for our master bedroom. Within a month my aunt was visiting, felt it, and said it was better than the silk comforter my uncle brought back from Shanghai years ago. So now I have two. The hand-embroidered lotus detail is genuinely pretty in person, not cheap-looking.

My husband finally stops fighting me over the covers

Not because it's bigger - because we're both actually comfortable under it. He's a furnace and I run cold, and for years we fought over who stole the blanket. This keeps us both in the sweet spot. The fabric is so soft it feels like getting into a hotel bed every night.

My allergies are noticeably better

I have dust allergies and used to wake up congested every morning. After switching to this (and washing it before use), I've had way fewer allergy flare-ups. It must be the hypoallergenic fill - no more waking up sneezing. The fabric itself is also really soft. I sleep so much deeper now.

Feels like a hotel

Staying at a nice hotel always spoiled me because the bedding felt unreal. Now I have that every night at home. Light, warm, soft. Can't recommend enough.

A lifesaver through the seasons

I'm in my late 50s and going through changes, so my bedroom temperature is basically a mystery every night. This comforter has been the most reliable thing I've bought for my sleep in years. I don't wake up soaked anymore, and I don't pile on extra blankets on cold nights either. It's just... comfortable. I'm ordering another for our guest room.

Quality you can tell apart

I've had cheap comforters that felt great for a month then went completely flat. This one feels substantial the way a good product should - the weight of the silk, the tightness of the stitching. The embroidered fish and lotus pattern is understated, not tacky. It's the kind of thing you keep for years.

Pricey but you get what you pay for

It's not the cheapest comforter on the market and I hesitated. But it's been four months, it still looks brand new, and I sleep better. Would buy again.
