  • Chairs: 3-Year Limited Warranty

  • Sofas: 5-Year Limited Warranty

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period. If any component is found to be defective during this time, LUOLAI will repair or replace the item (or affected part) at no additional cost.

Covered Items:

  • Structural components, including chair or sofa frame

  • Mechanical parts such as gas lift, base, casters (for chairs)

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Use of the product outside its intended purpose

  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

  • Damage caused by environmental factors such as prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  • This warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
